Note: While there is a variety of different types of Window Well sizes in the Galvanized Steel, City mandate requires for any bedroom that the window Well must be 30” Away from wall.

There are only 2 sizes that are stock window wells that are 30” Away from wall.

SIZE:

54"W x 30"D x 22"H

62"W x 30"D x 22"H

If it is a bedroom you are installing, this is mandate unless you go with Custom Window Well.
